I have been working as a licensed mental health counselor since 2016 with a focus on anxiety, depression, C-PTSD, neurodiversity (ADHD & Autism Spectrum), and working with the myriad of challenges that adolescents and women go through (high functioning masking, self harm, suicidal thoughts, friendship issues, self-esteem issues, and academic/career pressure, over functioning + burnout, pregnancy/postpartum, religious deconstruction, and healing the mother wound to name a few).
I do my best to bring education, big sister energy, humor, honesty with kindness, and unconditional support to each of my clients.
I have a heart for working with those who have big feelings, are stressy and depressy, and who feel motivated to make sustainable positive changes in their lives.
In addition, I have my Personal Training Certification through NFPT and have a passion for strength training and helping women feel both strong and empowered (BTW you'll probably hear me ask about your protein intake). 💪
